A birthday party at Wings is perfect for your future pilot or astronaut! All birthday parties are for groups of up to 20 people. If you are interested in booking a birthday party at Wings Over the Rockies Air & Space Museum, call Jonna Green today at 303-360-5360 X 115.
Birthday Parties for ages 5 and up:
If your special birthday child is turning 5 years-old or older, we have a fun and exciting two hour party for you. This two hour party includes a tour of the aircraft, a cockpit demo, foam finger missiles, and your choice of activities. After the activities, your guests will head back into the birthday party room where you can sing Happy Birthday, eat the goodies you have provided, and celebrate the birthday child! This party is $200 for members and $250 for non-members.
- 5-7 Year-Old (choose two): Pedal Planes, Balsa Planes, Goddard Rockets
- 8 Year-Old and Up (choose two): Flight simulator lab, propeller planes, Goddard Rockets
Birthday Parties for ages 4 and under:
For those children turning 4 years-old or under, we have a great 90 minute party to offer you. This party includes a cockpit demo, pedal planes, and time in our out-of-this-world birthday party room! This party is $150 for members and $200 for non-members.
Birthday Party FAQs
How soon should I book my birthday party?
We are typically booking birthday parties two months in advance. We recommend booking your birthday party early.
How many people can come to the birthday party?
The price for a birthday party includes admission for 20 people, no matter their age. Any guest, no matter the age, over 20 people is an additional $11.00 per person. Under no circumstance can your party exceed 30 guests. Any guests over the 30 guest maximum will be denied access to the party.
If I am a member of the museum, do I count as a guest?
Yes, all people in attendance at the party will count as a party guest. Your Museum membership will get you a discount off the price of the party, but you must count yourself and your family as guests when establishing your guest list.
Can I use a coupon to pay for the additional guests over 20?
No, we do not allow the use of any coupons for any educational service. The price of $11.00 must be paid for each guest over 20 people.
What does Wings Over the Rockies provide for the party?
We provide a tour of the aircraft, the activities for the party, and the birthday party room. The birthday party room is painted in a space theme and the tables will be decorated for the party. Wings does not provide any food or invitations for the birthday party.
What can I bring to the birthday party?
The only thing we do not allow is helium-filled balloons, ice cream, and alcoholic beverages.
